此外，老師更致力於國際接軌，他協助系上帶領學生赴關西大學實習，也邀請至德國交換經驗的同學分享心得，也舉辦多場留學專題講座，讓想要出國深造的同學，提早做好準備。同時為了讓學生更能理解到產業現況，他也時常帶領學生參訪了知名的科技產業，讓學生親身感受產業脈動。

馬老師他對學生的關切是主動且即時的，當他在社群媒體或各類管道瀏覽到任何對學生職涯有益的資訊時，他的第一時間總是想著趕快分享給每個同學。他甚至利用各班小天使協助，透過群組常態性地推播法人或公司之免費技術研習資訊，以及政府補助、各機構獎學金、或學校鼓勵機制等資源，確保每位同學都能即時獲得所需資源，在關鍵時刻獲得最大的支持。
