盧鑫理 Lu, Shin-Li

在中原大學的校園裡,有一位老師是學生們的領航者,幫助學生在課業和生活中,找到適合自己的步調,他正是工業與系統工程學系的盧鑫理老師。在學生眼裡,他是位「很開明、很好聊、很會鼓勵人」的導師,透過他溫暖和堅持的輔導哲學,讓我們看見了「導師」二字背後深厚的力量與重要。

生活中與課業上的嚮導

盧老師的輔導工作,絕不僅侷限於課業問題。除了即時回應學生在課業上的疑難雜症,他也積極引導學生關注業界市場趨勢,定期舉辦企業參訪,透過業界的交流,讓學生提早做好準備。

而在生活上,老師也會主動關心學生的健康與安全,適時提供同學協助。像是有學生受傷時,主動關心他的傷勢,並持續追蹤同學的恢復情況;而當學生面臨家庭變故的情況,也會適時關懷其學習狀況與心理狀態。鑫理老師對於學生的細心關照,也使同學們在面對生活或情緒困擾時,第一時間不一定去找輔導老師,而是會先來找導師聊聊。

強化向心力,打造共好網絡

鑫理老師非常注重良好的班級氛圍,他主動規劃各項活動,致力於提升班級向心力,並增進學生間的互動交流。像是透過定期的班級聚會,讓同學之間的關係更緊密。同時也安排了新舊幹部交流的機會,希望同學在過程中培養了自主能力。

特別的是,老師將聚餐設計成小型、分組的輕鬆會面,創造了師生更深入了解彼此的契機。除此之外,也有安排班遊的輕鬆活動,讓大家從嚴謹的學習狀態轉為放鬆的情感交流,有效地凝聚了班級同學間的感情。

老師也鼓勵學生積極參與系所的大型活動,像是校慶,希望藉由共同的榮譽感,深化學生對系上和學校的認同與歸屬。這些努力最終構築了一個堅實的學習與支持網絡,為學生營造了積極、充滿活力的班級氛圍。

在學生即將踏上人生新旅程之際,盧老師為他們送上了一段贈言

「我想告訴學生,不要害怕挑戰,也不要輕易低估自己的潛能。大學是一段探索自我、奠定人生基礎的重要階段。希望你們勇敢嘗試、勇敢前行,無論結果如何,所有的努力都將化為成功的力量。希望你們相信,未來是可以被自己創造出來的。相信自己,也相信總會有人在身邊支持你們。」

盧鑫理老師的輔導哲學,是學生人生中最堅定的一盞明燈,不僅照亮了職涯規劃的明確路徑,更給予了最溫暖、最真摯的陪伴,讓學生在大學的關鍵時期,充滿自信地掌握了屬於自己的未來。

At CYCU, one professor has become a guiding light for his students—helping them find their pace in both academics and daily life.
Dr. Hsin-Li Lu of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering is widely regarded by students as “open-minded, easy to talk to, and incredibly encouraging.” Through his warm yet steadfast mentoring philosophy, he embodies the true impact and significance of a dedicated advisor.

Guidance in Both Academic and Personal Growth

Dr. Lu’s mentorship extends far beyond academic support. In addition to helping students resolve coursework challenges, he actively introduces them to industry trends and organizes company visits, enabling them to understand the job market early.
He also cares deeply about students’ well-being—checking on those who are injured, following up on their recovery, and offering support during family difficulties. Many students choose to speak with him first when facing emotional or life challenges, trusting his care and presence.

Building Connection and a Supportive Class Community

To strengthen class cohesion, Dr. Lu regularly plans activities that foster interaction and a sense of belonging. From small-group gatherings and class outings to leadership exchanges between new and outgoing student representatives, he creates spaces for students to bond, relax, and grow in autonomy.
He also encourages participation in department and university events, believing that shared experiences cultivate pride, identity, and a supportive learning network.

As students prepare to embark on new chapters in life, Dr. Lu offers this message:
