「朝著夢想規劃長期目標，同時懷抱仁愛之心。」是李文婷老師強調的重要價值觀。她認為學生在追逐夢想的過程中，難免會遭遇各種難關。因此，在面對變化莫測的世界時，學生需以寬容的態度應對，逐步踏出每一步。
“Plan your long-term goals while striving towards your dreams, as well as embrace a compassionate heart.” These are the important values stressed by Professor Li. She believes that students will unavoidably encounter all types of obstacles during the process of pursuing dreams. Therefore, when faced with an unpredictable world, the students need to respond with a tolerant attitude and take each step gradually.
深耕輔導之路，共創回憶
曾經擔任系主任的李老師，在照顧班上導生的同時，同樣需要思考系上整體學生的情況。她認為，角色不同就會有不一樣的目標，作為主任需了解本系應達到的目標，以及促使系上持續進步；而作為導師則需要像母親一樣，深入理解學生的需求。李老師表示，能夠運用自身力量達到目標是值得榮耀的事情。
在回憶起難以忘懷的時光中，精神總錦標及女子大隊接力成為值得一提的光榮時刻。李老師回憶起當年取得精神總錦標的十連霸，不論是大運還是小運，都成為班級極為看重的活動。在學生為此努力練習的同時，李老師為熱愛運動的支持者，總是在一旁陪伴著學生一起努力。她表示，鼓勵系上的同學參與，埋頭努力不僅創造回憶，也為他們在平時的學業壓力中提供抒發的管道，留下熱血的大學生涯回憶。
Devoting to the Path of Guidance, Creating Memories Together
As a former head of the department head, Professor Li not only cares for the trainees in her class, but also needs to take the overall situation of the students in the department into consideration. She believes that different goals exist for different roles, and being the head of the department requires to understand the goals that should be accomplished by the department, as well as to stimulate continuous improvement for the department; however, being a mentor, one must deeply understand the students’ needs like how a mother would. Professor Li indicated that being able to apply own strengths in accomplishing goals is something that is worthy to be proud of.
In reminiscing about the unforgettable memories, the glorious moments of winning the overall spiritual championship and the women’s relay race are worth mentioning. Professor Li recalled the winning moment of the overall spiritual championship for the tenth year in a row, which all became events that the class extremely valued whether it was major or minor games. Being a passionate supporter of sports, Professor Li always accompanied the students and strove with them while the students practiced hard for this. She indicated that encouraging students of the department to take part and work hard not only creates memories, but also provides a channel for them to relieve their academic stress while making passionate memories of life in university.
撒下關懷的種子，於日常中滋長
李老師熱忱地分享：「學校總是提供豐富的機會和資源，讓教師參與講座學習輔導技巧。我個人對輔導深感興趣，也因此在這個領域不斷精進自己的成長！」透過與學生的互動和表達，李老師感受到學生帶來的溫暖與正面回饋，讓她的心中充滿愉悅與感動。
她特別提到一位僑生的個案，這位學生在課業壓力和個人狀態的雙重困擾下，李老師花了長時間的關懷與陪伴，才讓學生逐漸改善。因此，她強調真摯的付出需要從日常的關心開始，才能建立起溫馨而深厚的關係。
Sow the seeds of caring, allow them to grow in everyday life
Professor Li shared enthusiastically: “The university always provides abundant opportunities and resources for teachers to participate in lectures and learn about counseling skills. I personally am deeply interested in counseling, and hence I kept improving my growth in this field!” Professor Li sensed the warmth and positive feedback from the students through interactions with the students, touching and filling her heart with joy.
She particularly mentioned a case of an overseas student who struggled with both academic pressure and personal issues and it took Professor Li a long period of time in caring for and accompanying the student to gradually assist the student improve. Therefore, she emphasized that sincere dedication must start with daily caring in order to build a warm and strong relationship.
「LOVE」代表最珍貴的祝福
每逢學生即將踏上新征程時，李老師都樂意賜予他們一份特別的「LOVE」。這不僅是一個字母的組合，更是一種引導、一份啟發。「Ｌ」- Listen：傾聽自己內心的聲音，了解自己追求的目標。「O」-Open：以開放的態度學習和接納新事物。「V」-Vision：要對人生有規劃、設立目標。「E」-Embrace：擁抱、保持感謝的心情。
李老師分享這些話語時，也從中深受啟發。這份信念同時也獻給每位中原大學的師生，她期許大家都能在適當的時候，傾聽自己內心的聲音，感受愛的力量，並勇敢迎接未知的挑戰。
“LOVE” Represents the Most Cherished Blessings
Whenever the students are ready to set out for new journeys, Professor Li is always willing to give them a special “LOVE.” This is not merely a combination of alphabets, but is further a form of guidance and an inspiration. “L” – Listen: Listen to your inner voice, and understand the goal you pursue. “O” – Open: Learn and accept new things with an open attitude. “V” – Vision: Have a plan for life and set up goals. “E” – Embrace: Embrace and maintain a grateful heart.
Professor Li was deeply inspired when sharing these words. This belief is also dedicated to each and every teacher and student at Chung Yuan Christian University, she hopes that everyone can listen to their inner voice at the appropriate time, feel the power of love, and bravely face unknown challenges.
