本人始終相信：「師者，所以傳道、授業、解惑也。」身為老師，要從自身做起，建立良好典範，傳達正確的學習態度與專業知識，並且要能教學生問題解決的能力，這是一位身為師者的涵養。期許自己在教學道路上能莫忘初衷，秉持著教學雙贏的理念─學生得到成就，教師得到回饋，在莘莘學子們上播下這些希望的種子，期待有一天學生們都能在自己的專業領域開花結果。
I have always believed that “A teacher is the one who imparts knowledge, teaches and enlightens.” As a teacher, one must start with oneself, set a good example, convey correct learning attitudes and professional knowledge, and instill in students the ability to solve problems. This is the cultivation of a true educator. I aspire to stay true to my original intentions on the path of teaching, holding onto the belief of win-win teaching—where students achieve success and teachers receive feedback. By sowing the seeds of hope in the hearts of countless students, I hope that one day they will all bloom and bear fruit in their respective fields of expertise.
