In moments of uncertainty, I’ve learned to gather strength quietly, letting it become a light that guides my own way—and, at times, others as well.

There was a time when I felt an urgent need to prove myself. I wanted to be seen, to be acknowledged, and I often worried about falling behind. But over time at university, I began to understand that life is not something to be measured against others. It is more like a slow return to oneself—an unfolding of what one truly wants to become.

Little by little, as I learned to trust myself, my steps grew calmer and more steady, as if I no longer needed to rush.

I am deeply grateful to my parents for showing me that detours and uncertainty are not failures in the journey, but part of what gives it meaning—that there is no need to arrive quickly, or to have everything figured out at once. I am also grateful for the teachers and friends I met along the way. You felt, at first, like scattered points of light—unclear, distant—but over time, they quietly connected, forming the path that has led me to who I am now.

A person’s value is rarely found in what is most visible. It lives instead in the small, quiet moments that slowly shape who we become. Excellence, in that sense, can take many forms.
Perhaps there is no single perfect standard to follow. But when we return to ourselves—and notice even the smallest, most honest light within—it somehow becomes enough. And more than enough, it becomes bright.
