回首在中原大學的四年，我逐漸明白，成長不是來自某一個耀眼的瞬間，而是在無數看似平凡的選擇與嘗試之中，慢慢累積成今天的自己。
感謝生物科技學系的培養，讓我奠定扎實的專業基礎，學會以科學的態度面對問題與未知；同時，感謝物理系辦與圖書館一路以來的支持陪伴，讓我在不同場域學習成長。在學術道路上，我特別感謝指導教授吳宗遠老師的指導與陪伴，讓我學會思考、面對挫折，也明白成長往往來自一次次重新站起來的過程。
大學生涯中最深刻的轉折，是前往柬埔寨參與海外志工服務。那段經歷讓我重新理解服務的意義，也在與他人的相遇中看見世界，並重新認識自己。
一路走來，我並非總是走得最快的人，但我始終相信：「如果走得比別人慢，那就早一點出發。」因此，我選擇持續前進，在探索中走出屬於自己的節奏。
全人標竿獎對我而言，不只是肯定，更是一份提醒，我會帶著中原所給予的養分與勇氣，走向更遠的地方，並由衷感謝一路陪伴我的家人、師長與朋友。
Looking back on my four years at Chung Yuan Christian University, I gradually came to realize that growth does not come from a single shining moment, but from the countless ordinary choices and attempts that slowly shaped me into who I am today.
I am deeply grateful to the Department of Biotechnology for providing me with a solid professional foundation and teaching me to face problems and the unknown with a scientific mindset. At the same time, I would also like to thank the Department of Physics office and the university library for their continuous support and companionship, which allowed me to learn and grow in different environments throughout my university life. On my academic journey, I am especially thankful to my advisor, Professor Wu Tsung-Yuan, for his guidance and support. Through his mentorship, I learned how to think critically, face setbacks, and understand that growth often comes from the process of standing up again after failure.
One of the most transformative experiences in my university life was participating in overseas volunteer service in Cambodia. That experience allowed me to rediscover the meaning of service. Through meeting and connecting with others, I was able to see the world from a broader perspective and, in turn, gain a deeper understanding of myself.
Along the way, I have not always been the fastest person. However, I have always believed that, “If you walk slower than others, then start earlier.” Therefore, I chose to keep moving forward and find my own pace through exploration and persistence.
To me, the Holistic Excellence Award is not only a recognition, but also a reminder. I will carry with me the knowledge, courage, and values that Chung Yuan has given me as I continue toward a broader future. Finally, I would like to sincerely thank my family, teachers, and friends who have accompanied and supported me along the way.
