教學不僅是知識的傳遞,更樂於與學生互動。在課堂上,期待營造一個開放、溫馨且充滿活力的學習氛圍。然而,每位同學皆屬獨特的個體。因此,在教學過程中,嘗試瞭解其個別差異,耐心傾聽他們的心聲,激發其內在潛能,並引導他們發掘學習動機與興趣,找到適合他們的學習方式。同時,在教學的路上,也能從學生身上獲得許多寶貴經驗。他們的回饋,更是我持續精進教學的動力來源,我仍會繼續秉持初心,與學生共同努力一起成長。

Teaching is not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the interaction with students. In the classroom, I aim to create an open, warm, enthusiastic and energetic learning environment. However, every student is a unique individual. Therefore, in the teaching process, I try to understand their individual differences, patiently listen to what they have to say, stimulate their inner potential, guide them to discover their learning motivation and interests, and help them find a learning method that suits them. At the same time, I also gain a lot of valuable experience from students. Their feedback is the source of my motivation to continue to improve my teaching. I will continue to uphold my original aspiration and grow together with my students.
