{"id":7000,"date":"2023-08-20T14:42:36","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T06:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw:8844\/?p=7000"},"modified":"2025-12-23T10:04:16","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T02:04:16","slug":"%e6%a5%8a%e6%a1%82%e5%91%a8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=7000","title":{"rendered":"\u694a\u6842\u5468 Yang, Kwei-Chou"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u4e2d\u539f\u7269\u7406\u7cfb\u5b78\u751f\u90fd\u5f88\u52aa\u529b\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u5f85\u4eba\u8b19\u606d\u6709\u79ae\uff0c\u5c0d\u8001\u5e2b\u4e5f\u5341\u5206\u6709\u79ae\u8c8c\u3002\u5728\u6559\u5b78\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u6642\u6642\u63d0\u9192\u81ea\u5df1\u8981\u6b63\u9762\u770b\u5f85\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u5c07\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u5957\u7528\u5728\u5b78\u751f\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c0d\u5b78\u751f\u80fd\u591a\u9f13\u52f5\u3001\u7a31\u8b9a\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4f7f\u7528\u8ca0\u9762\u7684\u8a00\u8a5e\u3002\u5728\u6388\u8ab2\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8a2d\u6cd5\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u4fdd\u6301\u826f\u6027\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\uff0c\u8b93\u5b78\u751f\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u7d2f\u7a4d\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u80fd\u9010\u6b65\u7684\u5be6\u73fe\u81ea\u6211\u80af\u5b9a\u548c\u6210\u9577\u9032\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the physics students at Chung Yuan Christian University are diligent in their studies and exhibit humility and respect in their interactions, including with their teachers. In my teaching approach, I constantly remind myself to view students&#8217; learning processes positively and refrain from imposing my own values onto them. Instead, I strive to encourage and praise students while avoiding negative language.
