{"id":6985,"date":"2023-08-20T14:37:47","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T06:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw:8844\/?p=6985"},"modified":"2025-12-23T10:02:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T02:02:35","slug":"%e5%90%b3%e4%ba%ae%e5%ae%9c","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=6985","title":{"rendered":"\u5433\u4eae\u5b9c Wu, Liang-Yi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u6559\u5b78\u975e\u5728\u4e00\u5473\u7684\u5c55\u73fe\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b78\u8b58\u6709\u591a\u8c50\u5bcc\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5b78\u751f\u80fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u80fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u6536\u7a6b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u63db\u4f4d\u601d\u8003\u662f\u5099\u8ab2\u6642\u6975\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u81ea\u5df1\u8981\u7528\u5e73\u884c\u3001\u8f14\u52a9\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u4f86\u5c0d\u5f85\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u60f3\u50cf\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u60f3\u50cf\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u5728\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u4e0a\u624d\u80fd\u5e36\u7d66\u5b78\u751f\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u6548\u679c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6559\u5b78\u4e0a\u5343\u842c\u4e0d\u8981\u4e00\u5473\u7684\u53ea\u662f\u7167\u672c\u5ba3\u79d1\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u5c31\u53ea\u662f\u6559\u79d1\u66f8\u7684\u767c\u8072\u5668\u3002\u800c\u662f\u61c9\u8a72\u878d\u6703\u8cab\u901a\u5f8c\u4ee5\u6709\u908f\u8f2f\u3001\u6709\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u52a0\u4ee5\u95e1\u8ff0\uff0c\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u6703\u767c\u751f\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u4f86\u8f14\u52a9\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u597d\u589e\u52a0\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u529b\u8207\u8208\u8da3\u3002\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u5b78\u6d77\u7121\u6daf\uff0c\u8eab\u70ba\u8001\u5e2b\u61c9\u6642\u6642\u88dc\u5145\u65b0\u77e5\u597d\u5e36\u7d66\u5b78\u751f\u6700\u65b0\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u5728\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u5206\u4eab\u65b0\u77e5\u6642\uff0c\u80fd\u4ee5\u81ea\u8eab\u70ba\u4f8b\u5c55\u73fe\u5c0d\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u6a02\u8da3\u8207\u71b1\u60c5\uff0c\u6211\u60f3\u9019\u66f4\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u5b78\u751f\u5c0d\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u7121\u5f62\u4e2d\u66f4\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teaching is not about showcasing how vast one&#8217;s knowledge is, but rather about whether students can absorb and benefit from it. Therefore, I believe that adopting a perspective of empathy is crucial when preparing lessons. Reminding myself to approach students in a parallel and supportive role, imagining their needs, and anticipating their questions, enables me to deliver the best learning outcomes in course preparation. Moreover, in teaching, it is essential not to simply recite from textbooks, as that would make one merely a mouthpiece for the curriculum. Instead, it is important to present the material logically and systematically, integrating examples from everyday life to aid understanding and stimulate interest. Of course, learning is limitless, so as a teacher, it is important to constantly supplement with new knowledge to provide students with the latest information. Furthermore, when sharing new knowledge with students, it is crucial to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for learning by using oneself as an example.
