{"id":6957,"date":"2023-08-20T14:19:17","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T06:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw:8844\/?p=6957"},"modified":"2025-12-23T09:55:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T01:55:40","slug":"%e6%96%bd%e6%98%8c%e7%94%ab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=6957","title":{"rendered":"\u65bd\u660c\u752b Shih, Chang-Pu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u5145\u6eff\u71b1\u60c5\u5730\u6295\u5165\u5230\u6559\u5b78\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u8a31\u591a\u56f0\u96e3\u548c\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u56f0\u96e3\u6fc0\u52f5\u8457\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b78\u7fd2\u548c\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u900f\u904e\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u548c\u53cd\u994b\uff0c\u6f38\u6f38\u7406\u89e3\u6bcf\u500b\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u7368\u7279\u6027\u548c\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u6642\u9593\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\uff0c\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u548c\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u5c08\u696d\u4e0a\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u4e5f\u5728\u500b\u4eba\u6210\u9577\u4e0a\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u81ea\u4fe1\u548c\u5805\u6bc5\u3002\u770b\u5230\u4ed6\u5011\u5f9e\u8ff7\u832b\u5230\u627e\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8208\u8da3\u548c\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6eff\u8db3\u548c\u559c\u6085\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6559\u80b2\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u8e74\u800c\u5c31\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u900f\u904e\u8010\u5fc3\u548c\u95dc\u61f7\uff0c\u4e26\u61f7\u8457\u611b\u5fc3\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u4f86\u5f15\u5c0e\u5b78\u751f\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u5b78\u5e74\u7684\u7d50\u675f\u90fd\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6642\u523b\uff0c\u53cd\u601d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u5b78\u5e74\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting out with enthusiasm in teaching, I encountered numerous challenges and uncertainties. However, these difficulties motivated continuous learning and growth, pushing me to seek better teaching methods and strategies. Through interaction and feedback from students, I gradually understood the uniqueness and needs of each student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As time passed, I witnessed the progress and achievements of my students. They made breakthroughs in their profession and demonstrated confidence and perseverance in personal growth. Seeing them transition from confusion to finding their interests and goals brings me the greatest satisfaction and joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education is not an instant success but a continuous process. It involves guiding students with patience, care, love, and understanding.
