{"id":38651,"date":"2025-07-29T09:49:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T01:49:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38651"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:25:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T03:25:09","slug":"%e6%a2%81%e7%ab%a3%e7%93%98-liang-chun-kuan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38651","title":{"rendered":"\u6881\u7ae3\u74d8 Liang, Chun-Kuan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u4e86\u89e3\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u59cb\u7d42\u662f\u6211\u6559\u5b78\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002\u5728\u9019\u500b\u7406\u5ff5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\u958b\u8a2d\u6240\u9700\u7684\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u6216\u5c07\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5167\u5bb9\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u5b78\u751f\u611f\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u9818\u57df\u3002\u5728\u6559\u5b78\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5373\u6642\u56de\u61c9\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u53cd\u994b\uff0c\u4e26\u5f9e\u4e2d\u57f9\u990a\u5176\u7368\u7acb\u601d\u8003\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6211\u6a02\u65bc\u50be\u807d\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u8072\u97f3\uff0c\u66f4\u5316\u8eab\u70ba\u5b78\u7fd2\u8005\u4e86\u89e3\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u96e3\u9ede\u3002\u65bc\u8ab2\u5802\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5149\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u9f13\u52f5\u5176\u767c\u63ee\u6240\u9577\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u966a\u4f34\u4e26\u5f15\u5c0e\u4ed6\u5011\u5b8c\u6210\u5b78\u7fd2\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u5728AI\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u6642\u4ee3\u4e0b\uff0c\u95dc\u6ce8\u6559\u80b2\u65b0\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u5b78\u7fd2\u9032\u800c\u7cbe\u9032\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding students\u2019 learning needs has always been at the heart of my teaching philosophy. Guided by this principle, I design courses based on students\u2019 requirements or extend course content into areas that interest them. Throughout the teaching process, I provide timely responses to students\u2019 feedback and, in doing so, cultivate their abilities for independent thinking and research. I enjoy listening to students\u2019 voices and often put myself in the position of a learner to better understand the difficulties they encounter. In the classroom, I strive to discover each student\u2019s unique strengths and actively encourage them to develop their talents, accompanying and guiding them as they accomplish their learning goals.
