{"id":38639,"date":"2025-07-29T09:43:58","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T01:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38639"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:21:45","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T03:21:45","slug":"%e9%99%b3%e4%b9%83%e7%91%9c-chen-nai-yu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38639","title":{"rendered":"\u9673\u4e43\u745c Chen, Nai-Yu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u6211\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u7279\u8272\u8457\u91cd\u65bc\u5c0d\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u555f\u767c\u3001\u50b3\u905e\u6bcf\u500b\u6cd5\u9ad4\u7cfb\u80cc\u5f8c\u6240\u6b32\u9054\u6210\u4e4b\u7acb\u6cd5\u76ee\u7684\u53ca\u5b97\u65e8\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u5b78\u751f\u7406\u89e3\u8907\u96dc\u4e4b\u6cd5\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u8a8d\u70ba\u6cd5\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u8981\u5960\u5b9a\u540c\u5b78\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c08\u696d\u80fd\u529b\u53ca\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u66f4\u5fc5\u9808\u57f9\u990a\u7368\u7acb\u601d\u8003\u8207\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u201c\u8f15\u800c\u6613\u8209\u6240\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u88ab\u73cd\u60dc\u201d\u201c\u53ea\u6709\u900f\u904e\u81ea\u5df1\u52aa\u529b\u601d\u8003\u5f8c\u6240\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u624d\u80fd\u6210\u70ba\u4f60\u5011\u7684\u990a\u5206\u201d\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u6700\u559c\u6b61\u5728\u8ab2\u5802\u4e0a\u8ddf\u5b78\u751f\u5206\u4eab\u7684\u8a71\u8a9e\u3002 \u00a0 \u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u90fd\u6703\u8a8d\u70ba\u6cd5\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u662f\u4e0d\u6bb5\u7684\u80cc\u8aa6\u6cd5\u689d\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u60f3\u544a\u8a34\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4eba\u7684\u8a18\u61b6\u662f\u6709\u9650\u7684\u3001\u662f\u77ed\u66ab\u7684\uff0c\u552f\u6709\u771f\u6b63\u7406\u89e3\u6cd5\u5f8b\u689d\u6587\u6240\u60f3\u8981\u50b3\u9054\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u6c38\u4e0d\u5fd8\u537b\uff0c\u4e5f\u624d\u80fd\u8209\u4e00\u53cd\u5341\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My teaching approach emphasizes inspiring students and conveying the legislative intent and objectives behind each legal system. This helps students better understand complex legal frameworks. I also incorporate interactive teaching methods to engage students more deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe that legal education should not only equip students with professional knowledge and skills but also cultivate their ability to think independently and solve problems. One of my favorite quotes to share with students in class is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Answers that come easily are often not cherished. Only those gained through your own hard thinking can truly nourish you.&#8221; Many people assume that legal education is all about rote memorization of statutes. However, I strive to show students that human memory is limited and short-lived.
