{"id":38636,"date":"2025-07-29T09:42:22","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T01:42:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38636"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:21:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T03:21:22","slug":"%e9%99%b3%e4%bd%91%e5%80%ab-chen-yu-lun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38636","title":{"rendered":"\u9673\u4f51\u502b Chen, Yu-Lun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u5728\u6388\u8ab2\u7684\u5e7e\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u666e\u904d\u9858\u610f\u5b78\u7fd2\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u81ea\u6211\u5c08\u696d\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u4f46\u7531\u9ad8\u4e2d\u7aef\u8de8\u81f3\u5b78\u98a8\u958b\u653e\u5f37\u8abf\u81ea\u4e3b\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u7aef\uff0c\u78ba\u5be6\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u5b78\u751f\u6703\u6709\u5206\u5fc3\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u4e8b\u52d9\uff0c\u8207\u5b78\u7fd2\u52d5\u6a5f\u964d\u4f4e\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7562\u696d\u524d\u53c8\u6703\u9762\u81e8\u5c31\u696d\u6216\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u672a\u4f86\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c<strong>\u5176\u5be6\u5c31\u8ddf\u6211\u4ee5\u524d\u4e00\u6a23\uff01<\/strong>\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u6559\u5b78\u4e0a\u6211\u6703\u4ee5\u904e\u4f86\u4eba\u7684\u5fc3\u60c5\u70ba\u57fa\u5e95\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u81ea\u5df1\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u767c\u73fe\u65bc\u4e0a\u8ab2\u5167\u5bb9\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u53ea\u662f\u6559\u6388\u8ab2\u672c\u4e0a\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7d50\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u5be6\u8b49\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u5b78\u751f\u5ef6\u4f38\u8ab2\u7a0b\u6559\u5b78\u7406\u8ad6\u5f62\u6210\u53ef\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u591a\u9ede\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u6559\u5b78\u4e92\u52d5\u8abf\u5473\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\u6210\u6548\u5c31\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u63d0\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During my years of teaching at Chung Yuan Christian University, I\u2019ve found that most students are eager to learn and enhance their professional skills. However, transitioning from the structured learning of high school to the self-directed environment of university can be challenging. Some students lose focus or motivation, and later face anxiety about their career path after graduation\u2014a journey I personally relate to. With this in mind, I approach teaching not just as an instructor, but as someone who has walked the same path. I integrate my research expertise into lectures, making theories more applicable through empirical findings. I encourage students to transform what they learn into viable research ideas.
