{"id":38624,"date":"2025-07-29T09:35:45","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T01:35:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38624"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:19:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T03:19:28","slug":"%e5%bc%b5%e8%80%80%e4%bb%81-chang-yao-jen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=38624","title":{"rendered":"\u5f35\u8000\u4ec1 Chang, Yao-Jen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u5f35\u8001\u5e2b\u8a8d\u70ba\u6559\u5b78\u7684\u6700\u5927\u6210\u5c31\u611f\u662f\u770b\u5230\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u6703\u5982\u4f55\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u8a18\u4f4f\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e3b\u5f35\u89e3\u6c7a\u771f\u5be6\u5de5\u7a0b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u8457\u91cd\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5167\u5bb9\u8207\u8077\u6daf\u7684\u9023\u7d50\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u6fc0\u767c\u5b78\u751f\u52d5\u6a5f\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b78\u751f\u4e0d\u518d\u4e0d\u77e5\u70ba\u4f55\u800c\u6230\u3002<br>\u4ed6\u8010\u5fc3\u56de\u61c9\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u597d\u5947\u5fc3\uff0c\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u7576\u6210\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u6a4b\u6a11\u3002\u4ed6\u8a8d\u70ba\u5b78\u7fd2AI\u5149\u662f\u4e0a\u8ab2\u662f\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\uff0c\u5c24\u5176AI\u9069\u5408\u7528\u4f86\u89e3\u6c7a\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f35\u8001\u5e2b\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8996\u5b78\u751f\u8ab2\u5802\u4e0a\u52d5\u624b\u5be6\u4f5c\u8207\u56de\u5bb6\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5099\u8ab2\u4ed6\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8a2d\u8a08\u4f5c\u696d\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u4e0a\u5b8c\u8ab2\u7e3d\u662f\u671f\u5f85\u6279\u6539\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u597d\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u5c31\u6703\u7acb\u523b\u60f3\u806f\u7e6b\u4f5c\u8005\u5b89\u6392\u540c\u5b78\u89c0\u6469\u3002<br>\u5f35\u8001\u5e2b\u91cd\u8996\u6559\u5b78\u54c1\u8cea\u4e5f\u73cd\u8996\u5e2b\u751f\u60c5\u8abc\uff0c\u555f\u767c\u5b78\u751f\u6210\u9577\u4e5f\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u4e00\u8d77\u6210\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Chang believes that the greatest sense of achievement in teaching comes from seeing students learn how to learn, rather than simply memorizing knowledge. In the field of electronic engineering, he advocates for the importance of solving real engineering problems, emphasizing the connection between course content and career development. This approach can inspire student motivation and prevent students from feeling lost about why they are studying.<br>He also patiently responds to students&#8217; curiosity, positioning himself as a learning resource and bridge for his students. He believes that simply attending classes is insufficient for learning AI, especially since AI is well-suited for solving real-world challenges. Therefore, he places great emphasis on hands-on practice in class and homework assignments. Beyond lesson preparation, he invests even more time in designing homework problems.
