{"id":32498,"date":"2024-08-08T09:36:50","date_gmt":"2024-08-08T01:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=32498"},"modified":"2025-12-23T10:07:42","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T02:07:42","slug":"%e9%99%b3%e5%b9%b3%e8%88%9c-chenping-shun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=32498","title":{"rendered":"\u9673\u5e73\u821c Chen, Ping-Shun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u9019\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u8b93\u8eab\u70ba\u8001\u5e2b\u7684\u6211\uff0c\u6e05\u695a\u4e86\u89e3\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\u8655\uff0c\u5916\u52a0\u5de5\u696d\u7cfb\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u8f03\u559c\u6b61\u52d5\u624b\u505a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u8a2d\u8a08\u591a\u500b\u6559\u5b78\u500b\u6848\u4f9b\u5b78\u751f\u5206\u7d44\u5b78\u7fd2\u3002\u4ee5\u4f5c\u696d\u7814\u7a76(\u4e0a)\u548c(\u4e0b)\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6559\u5b78\u500b\u6848\u4f86\u81ea\u904e\u5f80\u7684\u7522\u5b78\u6848\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u6848\u6216\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u7cbe\u7c21\u7248\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u500b\u6848\u9664\u53ef\u5f15\u8d77\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u5be6\u52d9\u554f\u984c\u66f4\u53ef\u589e\u5f37\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u6210\u5c31\u611f\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u589e\u52a0\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u81ea\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002\u966a\u4f34\u8457\u5b78\u751f\u5011\u52d5\u624b\u5be6\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e0d\u77e5\u5982\u4f55\u4e0b\u624b\u5230\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u5f8c\u7684\u7b11\u5bb9\u548c\u81ea\u4fe1\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8eab\u70ba\u8001\u5e2b\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5feb\u6a02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past decade of teaching, I&#8217;ve gained a deep understanding of students&#8217; learning challenges. Particularly with students in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering who prefer hands-on activities, I&#8217;ve designed multiple instructional cases for group learning. For example, the case studies used in &#8220;Operations Research (I)&#8221; and &#8220;(II)&#8221; courses are simplified versions derived from past industry-academic collaborations, research projects, or graduate theses. These cases pique students&#8217; interest in learning and address practical issues, enhancing their sense of achievement and boosting their confidence.
