{"id":32489,"date":"2024-08-08T09:31:56","date_gmt":"2024-08-08T01:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=32489"},"modified":"2025-12-23T10:06:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T02:06:21","slug":"%e5%bc%b5%e5%be%b7%e9%91%ab-changte-hsing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=32489","title":{"rendered":"\u5f35\u5fb7\u946b Chang, Te-Hsing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u5b78\u751f\u500b\u5225\u5dee\u7570\u53ca\u5404\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e4b\u7368\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6559\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u53ef\u4e00\u6210\u4e0d\u8b8a\uff0c\u9700\u914d\u5408\u5b78\u751f\u8207\u8ab2\u7a0b\u904b\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u6559\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u4ee5\u71df\u9020\u5408\u5b9c\u5b78\u7fd2\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u65b9\u80fd\u555f\u767c\u5b78\u751f\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b78\u751f\u4e3b\u52d5\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u66f4\u9032\u800c\u8ffd\u6c42\u81ea\u6211\u6210\u9577\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u571f\u6728\u5de5\u7a0b\u70ba\u61c9\u7528\u79d1\u5b78\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5c07\u66f8\u672c\u7406\u8ad6\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u5be6\u9ad4\uff0c\u70ba\u6559\u5b78\u4e0a\u91cd\u8981\u8981\u7d20\u3002\u6b64\u90e8\u5206\u56e0\u672c\u4eba\u6709\u73fe\u5834\u5be6\u52d9\u7d93\u9a57\u53ca\u5de5\u7a0b\u8a2d\u8a08\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5efa\u6559\u3001\u7522\u5b78\u5408\u4f5c\u6848\u3001\u65bd\u5de5\u67e5\u6838\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u5be9\u67e5\u53ca\u63a8\u5ee3\u6559\u80b2\u7b49\uff0c\u53ef\u7d71\u6574\u8207\u571f\u6728\u5de5\u7a0b\u76f8\u95dc\u8a2d\u65bd\u3001\u5de5\u6cd5\u7b49\u6d3b\u5316\u6559\u6750\uff0c\u505a\u70ba\u6559\u5b78\u8f14\u52a9\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\u8208\u8da3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The teaching methodology should not get stuck in a nut due to the identical difference of students and the uniqueness of each course. Different teaching methods should be adopted according to students and courses to create the proper learning environment. Only in this way, students\u2019 potential can be inspired and they can take the initiative to learn and pursue self-growth. Since civil engineering is an applied science, it\u2019s important to teach how to transform theories into reality. I have on-site practical experience with engineering design background and actively participate in cooperative education, industrial\/academic cooperation projects, construction inspection, design review and extension education.
