Executive Operation Office for Industry-Academia Cooperation (EOOIA) in CYCU aims to integrate the resources for industry and academia cooperation. With the multi-dimensional services and developments, EOOIA consists of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, Entrepreneurship & Technology Licensing Center, Industry Accelerator & Incubation Center, and the Industrial Liaison Center.

Chung Yuan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (CYIEC) aims to assist our faculty and students to develop their own business. Our mission is to create the atmosphere of campus entrepreneurship and to promote University spin-offs.

In order to promote the education of entrepreneurship and for it to take its root in the young generation, we strive to practice the philosophy of working in talent cultivation, industry- academia cooperation, resource integration, and advanced innovation. Thus, we build on the foundation of education in all aspects of creativity and innovation, to maintain the quality of entrepreneurship. Chung Yuan Industry-Academia Cooperation & Technology Licensing Center (CYCU IATLC) was established in 2003 and is responsible for patent application / maintenance and technology cooperation. CYCU IATLC has won the "Excellent Technology Transfer Center Award" of Ministry of Science and Technology for five consecutive years, "Excellence Academia and Industry Cooperation Unit Award" of Chinese Institute of Engineers for 6 consecutive sessions, and honor of 2015 "Top 100 Worldwide Universities Granted U.S. Utility Patents". CYCU IATLC has been able to assist teachers and students to apply more than 60 international utility patents and more than 300 cases of academia-industry cooperation per year, and reach NTD$ 85 million of academia-industry project.

Chung Yuan Industry Accelerator & Incubation Center (IAIC) was established in 1997. With research outcomes from the University, IAIC provides value-added incubation services in membrane technology, mold and molding technology, nanotechnology, medical engineering, precision technology and cultural/creative design and so on. In the past 22 years, over 250 companies are incubated, the total capital increases NTD$ 3.1 billion and 9 companies went public in Initial Public Offerings (IPO).

Global Research & Industry Alliance (GLORIA), which has been supported by Ministry of Science and Technology, established the Industrial Liaison Center (ILC) in September 2018 under the structure of Executive Operation Office for Industry-Academia Cooperation (EOOIA). The ILC has become the single service window for GLORIA.Starting from the membrane technology and smart manufacturing, the ILC integrated industry-academia cooperative services and recruited industrial liaison experts. The ILC focuses on industrial demands and try our best to build strong partnership between schools and the industry. ILC promotes industry-academia cooperation, technology transfer and human resource development, as well as expands the interaction and services through the tight relationships.

In short, the ILC plays six significant roles as follows:
