Texas Instruments donated equipment to Department of Electrical Engineering

Texas Instruments has donated approximately 100 pieces of equipment to CYCU’s Department of Electrical Engineering, including the CCS software development platform and the DSP66X, 67X, and MCU laboratory equipment, for pedagogical purposes. Relevant software development environments and device drivers are also provided free of charge. In the future, CYCU students may increase their world competitiveness in professional technology development by putting theory into practice through experiment courses and gearing themselves to the dynamics of technology industries. Meanwhile, there will be further exchange of educational training and technical cooperation between Texas Instruments and CYCU.

Texas Instruments is a global leading semiconductor company. Its donations to CYCU include not only hardware for laboratory experiments but also the software development platform and subsequent technical consultation. More importantly, the donations will allow CYCU students to get hands-on experience and put theory into practice.
